"Margaret at the front desk was marvellous. She went out of her way to help me. As my father was born in the prison in Peterhead in 1899, I was interested in obtaining admission to the prison to view it. She inquired as to how to obtain permission to enter and informed me when she learned that it would have taken preplanning and a security check, so of course I was not permittted to do so. However, she went far and above what was conceivable. She is a wonderful asset to your staff."
